Oregon Carvers Guild is being formed to support the large carving community in the Portland/Vancouver area as well as others in the state.  Starting a new organization during a worldwide pandemic and marginal economic conditions is a challenge.  The board understands this and has a strategy and goals that we hope you will agree with and help us achieve.

Who are we – We are a group of enthusiastic wood carvers who want to preserve and pass on the art of carving to the next generation through classes and demos for beginners, intermediate and advanced carvers of all styles

Non-Profit – we are (soon to be) a 501c(3) charitable organization..

Mission Statement Encourage carvers at all levels in the pursuit of this art through education, fellowship and mentoring.

What does it cost to Join – A 12-month membership is $30. Family Membership is $40.

Patron Membership – Participate in the formation of OCG for $100 (tax deductible).  You will get a special name tag and T-Shirt to recognize your support.  Patron members have priority for classes and show space when available
